With over 43 years of experience as a yoga teacher, therapist, and educator, my journey with yoga began at the age of nine under the profound guidance of my father, a renowned healer and yoga therapist.
His wisdom and dedication to holistic healing shaped my path, instilling in me a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga. What started as an early exposure soon evolved into a lifelong pursuit of sharing this ancient practice with others. Over the decades, I have guided, mentored, and empowered individuals across diverse age groups, blending the traditional essence of yoga with contemporary wellness approaches.
